Using Sessions Health EHR?  Let Us Be Your Practice’s Billing Partner

IT IS IMPORTANT TO STRESS THAT PROVIDERS DO NOT HAVE TO BE USING SESSIONS HEALTH, TherapyNotes OR ANY EMR IN ORDER TO USE OUR MENTAL HEALTH BILLING SERVICE.  We have easy online forms providers can complete to provide patient demographics and billing.   In addition we can work with other EMRs like Practice Fusion.  Ask for information.

We can handle all billing responsibilities in Sessions Health:

• Set up accurately all payers and patients in Sessions Health

• On a daily basis we will accurately submit all claims in Sessions Health, both electronic and paper.  We will ensure that proper CPT codes and modifiers are used so as to ensure claims are accepted and not rejected.
  • You can determine if we should submit each day ALL pending claims OR only claims with completed notes.

• Review all Remittance Reports for ERAs auto posted by Sessions Health.  Ensure the ERAs were accurately posted and review the Remittance Reports for claims that denied.
  • We also will manually post all EOBs your office receives that were not received via ERA in SessionsHealth.  Your office will simply provide us a PDF copy of the EOB for us to post.

• Verify all insurance benefits for new patients and for patients who change insurance and enter the information in Sessions Health*
  • If you are using the Patient Portal in SessionsHealth, on a daily basis we will review the completed portal forms.
    • Note:  We must be provided administrative access in Sessions Health in order to review Completed Forms.
      • In the alternative your office can simply email us to review completed forms for specific patients.
  • When processing the forms completed by the patients we will ensure the correct payer is entered in Sessions Health (many times patients enter incorrect payer information).

• Review electronic rejection reports received from the payers.

• Follow up on all outstanding or wrongly denied primary insurance claims we have submitted*.

FREE EFT ENROLLMENT

     Some providers do not enroll for EFT because some platforms, like Zelis, charge a fee for their platform for EFT.  BUT MBPros can enroll you with the Zelis ePayment Center platform where Zelis does not charge you any fees for EFT….AND we can enroll you for any other payers.

• Complete the EFT Enrollment Form at www.mbpros.com/eft within 30 days of completing the Getting Started Form.
• MBPros will waive the $59.95 per payer EFT Enrollment Fee we charge for our service for the first TEN payers you list…as long as you list all payers on the EFT Enrollment Form within 30 days of completing the Getting Started Form.
