Availity Clearinghouse Temporary Enrollment

During the Change Healthcare Cybersecurity attack problem, providers may have Medical Billing Professionals temporarily submit billing via the Availity clearinghouse

To have MBPros temporarily submit billing via the Availity clearinghouse there will be a one-time fee of $149.95 charged by MBPros. This fee must be paid prior to set-up and submission of claims to Availity. By checking the box below you understand the $149.95 set-up fee.

Availity Batch EDI Enrollment Required(Required)
Providers must have an account with Availity. In order for MBPros to submit batch files for your Tax ID, there will be a $9.95/month Availity batch upload fee charged. Note that MBPros will be using our own Submitter ID and this monthly fee is far less than what Availity charges for practices for a batch file upload option. By checking the box below you understand your office must have an account with Availity AND that MBPros will charge $9.95 per month for a batch file upload option.

Availity Per Claim Surcharge(Required)
Provider understands that for any claims submitted by MBPros there will be a $1.00 per claim surcharge. This surcharge is in addition to the usual MBPros fees. By checking the box below you understand this $1.00 per claim surcharge.
