    • Overview tour on Medisoft and the differences between Basic, Advanced, and Network Professional and differences in datasets. Menu basics and explanation of different windows and location of shortcut keys.

    • Managing datasets and an explanation of how to set them up with emphasis on the Practice Information setup window with Practice IDs and NPI grid. The pay-to tab for insurance company billing is also discussed.

    • Sending claims to clearing house using print image or a text file is shown. This video explains the process for saving claims as print image for submission if not using Revenue Manager.

  • Deposit Entry Tour

    • Entering payments in deposit entry is discussed along with sorting and searching via all deposits or unapplied. How to apply a check from an insurance company to many patients is reviewed along with printing deposit reports.
