• 29 cents per claim

• Minimum fee of $24.95 per month

• NOTE:  For Providers enrolled for Medical Billing Professionals PremiumPlus Service, accounts receivable posting, including access to the Remit Manager, is included in the per-claim fee.  There are no additional Remit Manager fees for PremiumPlus providers.
