When you sign a note in Amazing Charts, an electronic superbill is
automatically generated and stored for billing. All this
encounter data can be reviewed under the chart's Account Information
tab. |
Medisoft Interface: For clients
of Medical Billing Professionals Medisoft Networks (and for providers
using Medisoft on their own), Amazing Charts can interface with Medisoft
via the optional X-Link middleware program, which allows bi-directional
exchange of data.

When the provider signs the note in Amazing
Charts, billing information is automatically transferred into
Transaction Entry in Medisoft under the patient's most recent
case.

In addition, patient demographic information
can easily be transferred from Medisoft into Amazing Charts,
eliminating the need to enter patient demographics in Amazing
Charts.

For Premium Service and
PremiumPlus Service Providers, a uni-directional interface
can be established, sending patient demographic information from
Medisoft into Amazing Charts, eliminating the need to enter this
information in Amazing Charts.

Seamlessly integrate with Medical Billing
Professionals Billing Service:

Premium and PremiumPlus providers can save
staff time by easily reporting appropriate coding when
signing the chart in Amazing Charts. Then on a daily basis
Medical Billing Professionals will print out superbills for all
patients seen the previous day. We will then accurately
enter billing information in Medisoft and submit your claims in
a timely manner. With this approach, providers do not have
to have staff members complete our Online Billing Log Form.
