Amazing Charts--Coding

Unlike most of its competitors, Amazing Charts finds it ridiculous to sell its software to document a medical record that doesn't come with everything you need to actually document a medical record!  To charge "extra" for things like ICD-9 diagnosis codes or CPT procedure codes is truly astounding, since they are obviously needed to complete your note.  Yet that is what most vendors do.

Amazing Charts does not!  Amazing Charts includes a complete ICD-9 and CPT coding database.  Amazing Charts even includes an E & M Coding Helper that helps provide assistance in finding the correct level for your encounter.  In addition, there is a built-in diagnosis "scrubbing" so that before you sign a note you're warned if your diagnosis is not specific enough to pass the games third-party insurance payers play.

Some practices pay hundreds for updated CPT and ICD-9 coding books, or pay for software just to be able to quickly look up a diagnosis code or figure out what level of service they should be billing.  Amazing Charts includes these databases and the means to quickly search for the answers you need.
